April 4 2020: Buckinghamshire Discovery Day

Our third Discovery Day will take place on Saturday 4th April at Thomley Hall in Buckinghamshire.

Thomley Hall is a purpose-built centre, covering 6 acres, for children and adults of all abilities and disabilities.

With extensive indoor and outdoor facilities, Thomley offers a fantastic venue for families to come together for this event.

Attendees will hear from three distinguished speakers throughout the morning, covering the latest updates on clinical trials, research progress and the newly opened Centre for Personalised Medicine in Rett Syndrome.

In the afternoon, there will be a variety of workshops on offer, as well as the opportunity to speak with other families and professionals.

Throughout the day, we are delighted to offer specialised childcare for attending children and adults with Rett Syndrome and their siblings, making use of the fantastic facilities on site.

A buffet lunch will be provided as well as refreshments throughout the day.

Places are limited so please book now to ensure your space.

Booking is FREE, with a voluntary donation option to help us cover the costs of running the event.

For those requiring overnight accommodation, a Travelodge in Thame, ten minutes from Thomley Hall, has a range of rooms, including some accessible rooms, available.
